J. Phillips has been taking photographs ever since he could hold a camera,
and photography became a serious undertaking when his parents gave him
a professional camera for his 18th birthday. He has concentrated on monochrome
and color images of women and landscapes, with a particular focus on the
nude in the landscape. Tim has his own website, Sensual Images Photography,
and lives in England.
In 2007 he published his first book, Distance Fades
Between Us: Nudes After Dark. This body of work was inspired by Tim's
watching the movie, To Die For, in which actress Nicole Kidman does
a nighttime striptease illuminated only by the headlights of a car.
