Robert
J. Warren
Bob Warren took up photography
as a student in 1972. He currently works as a business and technology
consultant, with photography sidelined as his "avocation". Bob
says his work is about "striving to portray light in such a way that
it begs for your attention". He wants the viewer to look at the image
and absorb where the light falls, the curves that it fits around and the
lines it follows. Sometimes, the light creates or reveals a shape, a
building, a person. At other times the image is abstract or the light is
the image. His nude-as-landscape shots are incredible and represent some
of his best work. His interplay of light and depth of field are very cool
and render his subjects form in a delightful manner.
