Bill
Hudson
He
bought his first 35mm camera in 1987, while working in Arizona. Photography
quickly became an obsession for Bill Hudson and became a vital means of
self-expression. But it was a passion difficult to describe. It tool several
years of shooting for Bill to gain the knowledge and inner awareness that
enabled him to understand the "why" behind
his photography. It was that understanding that resulted in a dramatic
shift in his work, he says, causing him to turn his lens from isolated
subjects in the context of landscapes, towards people, and then specifically
towards the nude.
Photography has been a persistent muse over the years, Bill says.
He doesn't question why or what he shoots anymore, he only know that nudes
are his primary subject now.
