Dan
Breeden grew up in the rural rolling hills of the Virginia Piedmont in
Culpeper. He was home-schooled and started college when he was just sixteen.
He earned a degree in Biology from James Madison
University, Harrisonburg, Virginia.
A passion for photography started
a few
years after college with his purchase
of a Canon digital SLR. Since that time the desire for capturing
purity in landscapes as well as portraiture has been his main focus.
Currently his main workhorse is the Canon 20D with a variety of lenses
and a collection of Alien Bee lights.
