Black Label Magazine
I am Lincoln Mark Lease. I began as a boudoir photographer in Portland, Oregon and realized that I had a swath of imagery that didn’t have a home. My wife made the flip suggestion: “You should start a magazine.” I took it literally. Black Label Magazine is about the indulgence of hedonism, the embrace of sensuality, and the appreciation of opulent beauty. This ideal is centered around the depiction of gorgeous women in stunning lingerie—and less. A cornerstone of this ideal is that nudity is not taboo, that the female form is one of nature’s finest creations, and that it should not be shamed or hidden away. The stunning nude and sensual art photography is all conceptualized and shot by me. I started this as a side “gig” because I discovered a talent. Now it is my passion and what drives me in all things. All roads lead to Black Label for me. I may have dreamed it up, but our models, the Black Label Beauties, are what make this all possible; we are honored and forever grateful to be able to bring together so many gorgeous women in one place. They are women from all walks of life, from professional models to working women that just want a creative outlet. All of them exude exceptional beauty and sensual appeal, and serve as an example of feminine empowerment.
