Raul
Acevedo is a young Colombian photographer living and working in Geneva,
Switzerland. He developed his visual skills shooting concerts and later
dance and theatre. This progressed to doing pictures of nude bodies in the
flowing movement of dance as one can see in his series, "Dance in
Geneva".
His background in theatrical photography has had a spectacular influence
on his other figure studies, which could be described as dramatic
portraiture. They possess a powerful sense of style and mood that envelope
his beautiful subjects. It makes for some wonderful imagery.
